Terms and conditions

• A deposit of between 10-25% as specified of the quoted minimum spend is required to secure a reservation.

• This deposit is a non-refundable administrative fee.

• Maximum seat weight for activities is stipulated and enforced by the operator, not VIP Northern Territory.

• All guests must advise their exact weight at the time of booking if required by the operator.

• A child is considered 4-12 years old.

• Children under 4 years not permitted without seeking approval from VIP Northern Territory Management.

• Pregnant women are not advised to travel after 34 weeks. If under 34 weeks it is still recommended you seek medical advice and clearance from your doctor before travelling with us.

• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to seek a doctor’s clearance before travel.

• Participation with VIP Northern Territory is at your own risk. VIP Northern Territory strongly advises any person travelling to have personal travel insurance.

• Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

• The company reserves the right to alter the tour specifications, timings and/or itinerary without compensation if operationally required.

• Whilst every care is taken for the safety and wellbeing of our passengers, it is strongly advised that all guests have their own travel insurance suitable for the activities undertaken on this adventure tour.

• If guests miss their departure their ticket will be forfeited.

• VIP NT and our providers reserve the right to remove any passenger from any experience, tour, accommodation or other booked with us as we see fit.

• Any costs incurred for requested miscellaneous goods will be billed to the client upon completion of the itinerary.

• Vouchers are only redeemable for experiences if the operator is in partnership with VIP NT

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations within 30 days of departure will forfeit 50% of the total tour cost.

• Cancellations within 2 to 14 days of departure will forfeit 75% of the total tour cost.

• No refund will apply to cancellations within 48 hours of departure.

• The company will refund the total amount of the tour if we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
